Cheap quality plastic and illiterate employees

I ordered the two sets of six page wallet inserts, I received two sets of "FIVE" page wallet inserts. Obviously, the morons that filled this order can neither count or read. They need to improve on their quality assurance program by leaps and bounds. Additionally, hire employees that have mastered the art of counting above the number five.
