Ebay could have packed the bag better after authentication. It was pretty loose in the box. I ended up having to return the bag only because it was too heavy for my body type. I made sure to pack the bag very well when I returned the bag. The seller gave me no grief for returning the bag. I would definitely shop with this seller again!
