Google Nest Programmable Thermostat 4th Generation Open Box

Reverted to HoneyWell. The Google Nest only starts the fan, not the heating system.

Was unable to make it work with my heating system, even though it has the 4 wires that are supposed to be enough for it (red, white, yellow, green). The Google Nest only starts the fan but not the heating system . I ended up reverting to my HoneyWell thermostat. I now have a Google Nest that I use as paperweight...
