Ceramic Epoxy - Arctic Alumina Review
1 of 1 found this helpful Worked great for my application - attaching small heat sinks to heat-generating components on a 3D printer control board.
Conveniently this ceramic-based adhesive is not electrically conductive like the other similar Arctic Silver epoxy which contains aluminum. So, this means you don't have to worry if a little of your adhesive touches pins etc.
Easy to deal with and not as pugnacious as standard epoxy. Cures to not workable texture pretty fast, so only mix what you need to attach a single heat sink at a time.

Instant fix for malfunctioning freezer controller
Worked perfectly in my Frost-Free Upright Kenmore Freezer (fits a number of different brands - the controller is actually manufactured by Electrolux, a huge appliance control and electronic component manufacturer). With this new controller, my freezer went from a use box with a flashing red lights busted controller back to normal functionality. It was a super easy swap with a flat-head screwdriver to pop the old one out. Only took a couple minutes to install. Instant fix.
