Very touchy

I have this set up in a closet behind the tv, and the remote only works if you have the USB stick DIRECTLY lined up with the remote. This means you have to reach around awkwardly while frantically mashing buttons, and frequently results in mis-typed inputs and incorrect channel changes. It works, kinda.. so better than nothing but they need to improve the design.
