Expensive, but worth it.
These are expensive, but worth it. They last for an age - I kept one going for about 8 months once, and because they are at the thicker end of the range, they done tend to bend off out of shape or kink up like the thinner ones do.
They do the job of inter-dental cleaning just fine.

Nice quality, but take care with the instructions
The instructions are not so good. I managed to disassemble the whole thing trying to unwind the collar, and I couldn't get it to attach firmly enough without also turning the central hook part - which means the hook isn't as vertical as I'd like. I let my other half do the other, in a manly "who reads instructions" sort of way, and that one fell off after a day. I did it using my wind the outer cuff, tighten up the centre, way and it's on rock solid - I can't see it coming off even if I want it off.

Very dim, despite the 650 lumens claim
Disappointingly dim, and the cool white option gives a nasty, harsh light. We bought these to replace some non-LED G4 bulbs that gave insufficient light in a reading lamp. I ordered non-dimmable, 6 watts bulbs, which the sales pitch suggested would give 650 lumens of light, but the light produced is probably less than the non-LED 4 watt equivalent bulbs they replaced. A bit of research suggests that 6 watt badged LED is actually equivalent to around 375 lumens, or the old style 25 watts incandescent bulb. So I don't believe the sales pitch for these bulbs - although I have no meter to measure the actual output.
They look like little wonders of technology, but are not really much use. A shame.
