Dark Horse Herbie Vinyl Figure Action Figure Toy Figure

Herbie rocks!

Who would think a vinyl figure of a "fat little nothing" would be such a crowd-pleaser? Although I get that it's for a very select audience (can't imagine there are tons of people who even know who Herbie was), the figure is great, with immense attention to detail. I only wish they would make a companion piece of Herbie as the Fat Fury! "Away! Awaaaay!"

Rise the Demon!

This is a very nice figure which does justice to the original Jack Kirby design. It looks appropriately menacing on my bookcase, although it has yet to breathe fire or rhyme.

Finally, A Silver Age Bizarro

This Silver Age, original version of Superman's foe/friend/annoyance Bizarro is a great and welcome addition to the Superman Family collection of figures. It's devoid of the over-muscled, psychopathic look of some of the earlier additions, and has whimsical accessories that echo the sense of fun that pervaded the Silver Age, such as Clark Kent glasses, a tie, and, best of all, the big medal that says "Bizarro No. 1". Very poseable and just a fun figure to own.
