Horrible bevel adjustment
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this table saw as my first saw and I've almost received in like new condition in the box even it said used condition. It came with all accessories, but it didn't have manual in it. Had to look up online to setup the assembly. The assembly process for stand is cumbersome, once it is done, the saw installation is fairly simple.
Pros:
1. The saw installation is easy.
2. The blade guard is sturdy and super easy to install.
3. The fence is good.
Cons:
1. The prawl guard installation takes some time, its not fairly simple like blade gaurd.
2. The miter gauge is plastic and filmy.
3. Here comes the main part, bevel adjustment. Even though the bevel says 0 or 45, it was never 0 and 45. There is an bolt issue at the back of the saw which doesn't hold either at 90 degree or 45 degree. There are many people complaining online about the same issue. I tried tightening the bolt. But, in that case it works only at 90 or 45 degree. Every time you need to adjust the bolt and level it.
The bevel adjustment is horrible and completely off and made it unusable. I don't know if my product is defective or this model has an design issue.
