    Tracking was created on May 7 and delivery was estimated for May 14. It is now May 28 and no communication has been made. When I follow the tracking number - the package has not even been delivered to USPS. 3 Weeks have gone by. This is bad customer service.

    Steven, You are absolutely correct, this is terrible customer service. I did not realize this was happening and do not blame you for being upset. I dropped the package off at the post office and assumed it was mailed correctly. I apologize for this inconvenience and will give you an immediate refund.
