Very good value, like new

Died after about 4 hours use
Product worked well on first use removing 8, 5 pin relays from a board efficiently.
Since then it has been temperamental, sometimes working ok, sometimes failing to melt the solder even when left to warm up for 5 minutes.
This morning, there was an unpleasant electrical burning smell, it tripped a mains breaker and is now dead.
It is 5 months old, has been used for less than 4 hours in total and I'm pretty sure the supplier will find an excuse to avoid replacing or refunding me for it although sold as a 'new' item, I believe I am entitled to 12 months warranty.
Avoid this product unless your requirement is a 1 off, in which case it might survive long enough to meet your needs
