BMW Transmission Failsafe Program error fix

Using this TCU worked perfectly and fixed my “Transmission Failsafe Program error” message, Trouble Code P1738 Pressure Control Solenoid "C" Electrical which caused a check engine light and put the transmission in "Limp" mode on my 1999 BMW 740iL. The trouble code is misleading at best as replacing the solenoid requires much more work and most likely is NOT the problem, per several YouTube videos. Just a bad code sent by the TCU! Transmission runs perfectly smooth again. Every repair shop (3 of them) wanted to pull the transmission to start with, to the tune of $900+, with no guarantee. Thanks.
