easy way out to repair failed cpu board

Used to replace failed northbridge due to notorious heat sink failure (due to plastic retainer that probably costs pennies, wtf Apple, such a good design otherwise ). Gave a little performance boost to boot. Need to flash 5,1 EFI to use on MacPro 4,1.
