Awaiting replacement part

I bought a used one at half the cost of a brand new one. Unfortunately, it has a static-y electrical sound that interrupts every single setting, making it useless. However, I immediately emailed the company about it, & they said they are sending me a replacement SD card with instructions for how to install it. If that works, I will definitely revisit this rating and review.
