Off to a bad start
1 of 1 found this helpful After waiting 6 weeks for by Bat Caddy X3R to arrive it finally came via Fed Ex. The box was damaged ripped open, and wet. I assembled the cart and charged the battery (8 hrs) and hooked it up. I powered the cart and used the Rheostat and it moved forward but wouldn't stop until I unplugged the battery. The next morning I tried to power up the cart and it wouldn't work. I called Tech Support the next day and Adam was very helpful and it was determined that the circuit board was the issue and he told me to take the face plate off and check the connections which I did and they were fine so he ordered a new circuit board. The next day I took the face plate off and tighten the crews that are used to attach the CB to the plate. The screws were loose and the problem was solved and I tested the cart and it works fine. Looking forward to playing golf tomorrow but this issue shouldn't have happened and the condition the box was in that's is why I gave it 2 stars.
