    Seriously? 100% feedback? You didn't even put the sheet music between 2 pieces of cardboard to give it some safety during shipping. And you used some old mailing envelope, taped both corners since it was a used envelope; and then the sheet music stuck to the tape because it wasn't even put in a plastic bag, between 2 pieces of cardboard - nothing. Just thrown in the envelope, mailed it, and naturally it's more creased and bumped and was stuck to the mailing tape you used to seal the envelope.

    This buyer never contacted me about issues with their order before posting negative feedback. I've shipped hundreds of items without issue, but accidents during shipping can happen. I strive to ensure that all buyers have a good experience, and I messaged the buyer to see if a damage discount or return would be appropriate. They haven't responded after a week nor provided any pictures of the damage, so unfortunately there was no way to resolve this issue.

Great combo for my 2014 Nissan Versa Note
This was a great filter combo for my 2014 Nissan Versa Note. The engine filter looks high quality and fits well. Although the car didn't originally have a cabin filter, it was easy to install by looking for the access door in the center console and sliding the filter in.
