Gives you great energy and easy to take
4 of 4 found this helpful I have been taking this powder for over six months and recommend it highly. Lots more energy! I could feel this benefit after two weeks. I also have been losing weight, so I think it has increased my metabolism. I take a scoop each morning in a glass of water. Taste is berry flavored and I like it. I can't think of any negative things about this product. I plan on staying on this product indefinitely.
