Kitchen Sanity Accomplished!
I now have two of these. One for a tea towel, another for a small hand towel. I have accomplished kitchen sanity without drilling or screwing. These are a neat solution, and firmly recommended.

Size 2 x 3/8" Solid Brass Screws Are My Best Mates
These tiny screws were just the ticket for my gin bottle table lamp project. I was surprised to learn that screws this size are a fairly niche product.
But here they are, with their cheerfully domed pates glinting cheekily under the faux-incandescence of a Tesco LED bulb. Their jauntily formed threads thrust like Young Turks up to their perfectly finished little shanks.
The commissioning of these magnificent brass screws has proven life-affirming. They have brought me back from the slough of despond. Thanks, little size 2 x 3/8" solid brass screws! You're my family now.
