Great upgrade for 2002 Jetta Mk4 Tdi cup holder

Fitment was good. I did have to bend parking brake handle slighty as most who did this conversion recommended. I miss the pockets to put my pin and other few items, but reliable cup holders that don't dump my drinks are more important!! I don't keep change in the Jetta so I cut the ridges out of the coin holder so for something else. I thought the small pocket in the rear of my old console would fit in the hole just in front of the rear cup holder on the the console but the hole is too large for it. If there is not a pocket already made for this I'll make one. I took side by side photos for you to compare the two styles.
