Okay or Good?
The sleeves relieve pain and support my finger joints very well. However, the seam on these finger sleeves is annoying and looks silly on the outside. When I turn the sleeve inside out the seam irritates my fingers and fits too tightly. I have large fingers and have to use the largest sizes. The seam also started to unravel on the second day wearing them. I used fabric glue on the ends of the seams so they wouldn't unravel any more. I still wear them when my joints ache with them seams on the outside.

Large/ Extra Large or Extra Extra Large?
1 of 1 found this helpful This thumb support feels great, very comfortable, supports my thumb well and relieves pain. However, if I am wearing it when I'm not active with my hands my thumb will go numb. If I am busy with my hands it is fine. My guess is that the L/XL universal size is on the small side. If there were a XXL I would give it a try. When working I sometimes wear a Mechanix glove that is Large and fits snug, perfect for dexterity and handling screws, etc... I believe Mechanix gloves should be snug fitting. The extra large sized Mechanix gloves fit like a regular glove really should on my hands but it is not as good when handling screws. Maybe this description I have given will help your choice on size selection.
