A great book for beginners that need ideas
There are a few good recipes in this book and a few good condiments but I would have preferred to peruse this book first. If I had I would not have spent the money. More importantly now I have another cookbook on my shelf. I made one or two recipes that I found online from this cookbook which is what prompted the purchase and I do like the narrative. It talks about being prepared if you are going to live a healthy eating lifestyle and for that I do believe the book is worth it.

cool and refreshing
I received this in my FFF box and it was so cool and refreshing on my eyes that I needed to buy another one for when this one was gone. I use it every morning.

Stephen King is a great author
I have read this book before, I am that person that wants a hard cover book in her hands for the true experience and this story is amazing.
