  The item was described as new, but had damage (from apparent use) when arrived. The rack also did not roll in my dishwasher like my old one - perhaps due to a change in design at the factory (not the seller's fault), making it nearly unusable. The seller was unresponsive to several messages, until I finally requested a refund. Seller offered a partial refund, since I had already tried to repair the damage before realizing the dishrack's wheels did not roll. I now have a rack I can't use.
