Just the random part I needed!
OEM part, probably not necessary but want to keep the moisture out of there if possible!

Cheaper old edition worked fine for me
Admittedly, I only turned to Thompson & Thompson as a last resort, but it did its job in a pinch. Sometimes it gets a bit more mathematical than you might need for a basic understanding of genetics. But for $20, it was worth having around when necessary; my only advice is that, as of Fall 2006, the "old" 2001 edition covers pretty much all of the essential material found in a medical genetics course, no need to triple your price for the "newer" edition.

Everything you need for gross anatomy
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is compact, succinct and includes virtually every clinical correlation and anatomical relationship you're likely to be tested on in gross anatomy (first year med). And its small enough that you'll actually take the time to read it. Drawings aren't the highest quality, but that's what Grant's or Netter's is for.
