Dust bowl
1 of 1 found this helpful This was easy enough to hook up to my dust extractor, but that’s the only positive. I used this with my 4.5” Makita angle grinder for cutting up an old mortar bed. Dust evvvverywhere. Blossoming and billowy clouds. I played around with rotating the guard a bit in both directions, to see if that would do the trick. No dice. I will try again a few more times, to see of there’s a “just right” setting, relative to cutting position, that I am just not getting. For now, it’s just a surprisingly expensive piece of metal.

Love this tool
1 of 1 found this helpful I held off for many years getting a cordless reciprocating saw. I have a corded, so really, why spend the extra $. But I finally went cordless on the m12, and I love it! I don’t know how it compares powerwise to my corded Dewalt, but it’s more than sufficient for my needs. I’ve been using it to chop things up in my yard (weed trees), and it’s great not having to drag a cord around.
