Great replacement
have been DISH subscribers for 20+ years; had to get a new remote; it was sent quickly and works great!

Good product, fair price, easy assembly
Price was fair, packaging was good and the mud flaps arrived on time. My husband put them on himself, pretty easy job and they look great!

Needed some extra work and charger didn't work
handset was fine; charger did not work; we had to purchase a new charger; directions for setting up would have been helpful, we had to refer to YouTube to set up the handset.
