Great health lessons for life
Whether you're spiritual or not, or believe the co-author's NDE experience (which I do), this book is a great guide for living a healthy and happy life. There is another book that is kind of a prequel to Health Revelations called Earthing that I would highly recommend for the healing revelations alone. Dr. Sinatra co-authored that book as well. Even though some of the key events in Earthing took place before the key event described in Health Revelations, I would recommend reading Health Revelations first. Then put a timeline together combining the events, chance meetings, and when the individual authors came to know about certain events described in each book, and you just may come away believing Tommy Rosa's NDE experience.
