Not recommended - Cheaply made.

Not recommended - Cheaply made. I'm giving 2 Stars due to company giving me $15 back. I decided to keep this rack instead of returning it because I spent so much time making it better than what I ordered. I spent a lot of time writing a previous review and uploading pictures but I don't see it here. I do not recommend purchase of this product due to the following: Cheaply made support decks - they bow under minor weight (less than 50lbs). Cheap hardware - the wall anchors do not have a feature to bite into the drywall, so when you are tightening the screws the anchors just spin. The screws are small in diameter and have small heads. The base of the support decks are narrow and allow for side to side movement of the decks after full tightening of mounting screws. The clamps that connect the wire racks to the top of the supports deck do not tighten down on the wire rack which allows the deck to move. No instructions were sent with the product to show optimal placement of the support decks in relation to the wire rack. Supposedly this design is able to hold up to 264lbs. I went to Lowe's and purchased three inch screws that are larger diameter, 2x6 board to mount the decks to, and chain with loop clams mounted to the walls, in order to prevent the racks and decks from bowing when under way less weight than rating (176-264lbs).
