Beautiful but disappointing

I love Swarovski products, but am somewhat disappointed by this bell. When I opened the box, 1 tiny crystal came off of the bell with the packaging and another crystal was laying in the bottom of the box. I have never had a Swarovski product be less than perfect before. I think that the quality of the glass of the bell itself could be better as well. It is a beautiful piece nonetheless.
