Great filters, low price
This is the second year that I used these filters. They look and, as far as I can tell, perform as well as the originals. They fit perfectly into the air cleaner. The box contained one HEPA filter and four carbon filters. I'm very happy with this purchase.

GXP1628 - nice phone, good prive
I won't re-write Grandstream's description for this phone. I found the phone setup straightforward. Entering information from the keyboard was almost as easy as using the desktop app. I think the sound quality is very good. DHCP works well. I use the phone on a private network without a server. I don't need many features. I found setting that up was somewhat mystifying and reading the information on the Grandstream website not all that helpful. Bottom line: nice phone and glad I bought it.

No idea where my order is
It has been a couple weeks since I placed the order and the order status at the company web site still shows as "processing". I have emailed the company several times and received no response.
