Exceeded all my expectations
I collect various watches and the picture of the watch sparked my interest. When it arrived it was much better than the picture illustrated. It's condition was wonderful. The band was almost new and the crystal was perfect. It arrived in complete working order and it looked great on my wrist.
It was much better than I thought it would be and I'm completely satisfied with the purchase and the product.

Wasn't exactly what I expected and no instructions for return or exchange
The picture showed the watch face as white with Roman numerals. When I received the watch, the watch face was silver which wasn't really what I wanted. Also the watch was really too large for my wrist. I would have liked to send it back and perhaps get the same thing in a woman's watch which I assume would be smaller (I have a small wrist for a man) and possibly with a white watch face which was what I expected. However, there were no instructions for returns. (Other than the fact that I had a week or two and I couldn't remove the adhesive covering on the back of the watch.
I will have to cope I guess.

Watch itself was fine, but quality control of the item was poor.
The watch is fine. However, the quality control over the watch was poor. The first day I had the watch the clasp separated it and it fell off my wrist. The pin which was in the joint of the clasp held the clasp of the watch together was bent and rusted. I immediately took the watch to a nearby jeweler and had the pin replaced at my own personal cost. The watch could have fallen off my wrist and been lost. However, in any event, the problem speaks to a lack of quality control and supervision of the product.
