I do not recommend this phone
I am not happy with this phone at all. It did install pretty easily although the sim card would not connect to my carrier and I had to spend hours with tech support. Since the installation there have been things that didn't work correctly. Sporadic lag time for responding to screen touch, unable to hang up phone calls, screens opening unexpectedly. Today, however, it has stopped working altogether. I'm over it.
