Sony Is Tops
One of the most compact and best Blu-Ray players available. I wish, though, that Sony made their players region-free as a standard feature. These are available but Much more expensive.

Old World Ambience
Great Old World style - although this is an Italian water bottle, I nostalgically remember very similar water bottles on the cafe tables of Provence when I lived in France.

Perfect for brewing coffee
Use for heating water to the right temperature for coffee. Small enough to fit through the hole of a whistling teakettle and long enough to reach down into the water. Only thermometer I have found where this is possible.
