  Friendly seller w/great communication. Heavy-duty stapler (x2) arrived in new condition per description/photos. Good find - discontinued model at reasonable price. Due to a USPS error/issue my first package was lost in transit but seller kindly reached out to me and at their expense re-sent replacements which arrived quickly. My only constructive criticism would be to not ship such bulky heavy items in a paper bubble mailer. I recommend seller and would buy from them again anytime.

  Never received item,seller canceled purchase and issued a refund. I have 100% feedback for 964 transactions since 2001. If there was a problem of some kind and he had contacted me, I'm sure it could have been worked out. But I never received any communication from the seller, I found out the sale was cancelled when I was looking for the tracking info. I was able to order the product from another seller without any problems.
