This Adapter Doesn't solve the Plantronic HL10 handset problem caused by the STRAIGHT PLUG

THE PROBLEM: Plantronics HL10 Handset lifters are somehow being sold with 3.5mm STRAIGHT plug/male piece, instead of 3.5mm ELBOW (i.e., 90 degree angle) plug/male piece. The straight piece does not work with the HL10 lifter - it needs an elbow type. NEEDED SOLUTION: So, what is needed to resolve the problem is a 3.5mm female to 3.5mm elbow male adapter. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS ADAPTER: The problem with this adapter is that it is a 3.5mm female to 2.5mm elbow male - so, it doesn't work to resolve the problem. 2.5mm is too small. To solve the problem, look for a 3.5mm female to 3.5mm elbow (90 degrees) male adapter.
