  Just received damaged did receive a small refund but once I rock it apart the clock was not worth working with the pictures showed no damage but clock was heavily damaged with hour tube and gears james and bent object was well pack in bubble wrap box showed no signs of damage so I believe it was damaged before it was packed up and sent wish I had gotten a total refund for this!
