  Delivery and packaging are normal. The description was not complete, there is a crack on the case, which is not visible in the photo, either the seller covered it up in a photo editor, or the transportation was not careful, although everything was packed very well, and the box is intact, I think this is the seller's Photoshop.He also described beautifully that there are scratches, abrasions, take photos of different sides, but specifically without the top part, because it is in a bad Condition.

  This is a bad buyer, who attempted to contact me for a refund or return more than a month after item was received. Claimed damage was present when arrived (32 days later) and then accused me of using photoshop to manipulate pictures. Communications emails with person was filled with his sarcasm, false claims, and needless blame on their lack of reading the item description. All functions of laptop were working when received and stated packaging was good.
