  The item displayed was nothing like the item I received. When I asked for a refund, I was offered 30%. I explained this was unacceptable and was then offered 50%. I reiterated that this was not a professional way to work and was then offered 70%. I accepted because I was fed up with the time it was taking to solve the issue. I was refunded 70% and then asked to give a 5-star review! This company needs to be more honest with its products and refund policy. 1 star for finally giving 70% refund
