Open Box - USED would be a more accurate description .
Description should read ( open box used ) in my view. The extra set of memory foam tips that comes with a NEW pair were gone so I'm assuming they where used to replace the ones that came on the buds original set of tips . Sloppy packing as well , basically just wodded up & crammed in original package. Just no evert made at all to make the item look presentable. The phrase " You get what you pay for " would apply fittingly here ....
