Great Plant ID book
2 of 2 found this helpful This one of best plant id books around for the layman. It is not full of the details that a botanist would use to describe the features of the plant you are identifying. The pictures are very reasonable to the actual field conditions, which is not common in some books or websites. Other information as it relates to uses by Native Americans is very interesting. I have use this book in the field for about 5 years now and had to get my own copy. On the downside, it does take some getting used to the groupings of plants, but it makes up on the quality of description and pictures.

Healthy Choice for Aches and Pains
We have been using Udo's Oil for about 6 months as it was recommended to be used as a supplement to help in our normal aches and pains caused by inflammation of our joints from an active lifestyle. Although I have used it on salads with a dressing, more often we use a half teaspoon daily with some ground turmeric in almond milk; research "golden milk". It has a pleasant taste, not over powering, so it can be added to food items right from the bottle.
Important, the manufacturer say not to cook with this product as it is not a cooking oil. Just wanted to throw that out there. Also, it needs refrigeration and is time sensitive.
Would I recommend this item for those who have slight inflammation from normal chores around the house, working in the garden, or, in our case, remodeling a house. There was plenty of lifting and carrying so it helped the discomfort in the hands, arms, and legs.
Thank you.
