Allows for more customization.
Great product, same as the normal SGA version but modded for the shock wave.
A magpul cantilever rail and a MFT Torch work nicely.
However:
Get some grip tape or stipple the thing, it is pretty slippery. Not a huge issue on stocked firearms/shotguns. But the shockwave needs a good grip texture to shoot it with proper technique (Also because of safety reasons).
Or you can go with a hand stop, or afg.

Solid/Cast Alluminum
1 of 1 found this helpful For the record this is cast aluminum, not ABS plastic. The adapter is solid and installation was easy. I had to drill the bolt hole a bit bigger to work with my Hawk 982 since the reciever stud was slightly crooked. (It's a $150 shotgun so I'm not surprised)
Installing the adapter, grip, and receiver extension is easy.

Cheap Carry Handle
5 of 5 found this helpful It's a cheap carry handle, but unfortunately it isn't much of a value.
The actual screws that go across the carry handle for mounting are too small. Technically it can slide right off of the upper receiver.
Fit and finish is pretty bad as well.
If you are going to go cheap on a carry handle, don't get one for $12 shipped lol.. Lesson learned.
NC Star or UTG (Non Pro) is miles better than this product.
Only use it for Airsoft or a BB Gun. Even on a 22lr it is a disappointment.
