More assembly then an average DIYer may be willing to undertake but performed as required.
Once assembled they performed as expected. However, the wheels come without the bearings inserted which was surprising. I pressed them in place with a socket and my bench vise but without these kind of tools available this may have been impossible.

Need to puncture vent cap.
The need to cut or puncture the rubber cap on the gauge were not specifically flagged or discussed with any of the literature. A small label with tiny print on the side of the gauge indicated that the rubber cap needed to either have the nipple cut off or the cap punctured after installation. I am assuming this is to allow the gauge to vent to atmosphere whereas the sealed cap is to prevent the glycerin filling from leaking during storage and transit. Directions were not clear or obviously stated.

Water Tank Hard to Remove
1 of 1 found this helpful Wife loves this steam mop and the ease of handling. Easy to maneuver and light weight. Seems to do a good job. Only complaint is the water tank is too small and hard to remove. My wife cannot remove the water tank on her own because of her hand strength and must rely on me to remove it when it needs filling. Similar to the old pickle jar dilemma. Design would be better with some type of latching mechanism that didn't require as much hand strength.
