Product requires finishing by the purchaser
1 of 1 found this helpful The chairs are a good value, but completely unfinished. They require tightening with European wrenches, sanding, and staining or other protective finish. The vender lists the color as"natural" but the wood that is in a rough or "natural" state (which is fine if the buyer understands that). I attempted to clarify this twice, but each time was informed that the COLOR was "natural" with no additional information. Additional discloser would have been helpful.
