Color not as expected.

Nothing really wrong with the product. Just be aware that it is more yellowish than pure green.

Windows 10 Doesn't Seem To Like This Scanner

Scanner will not open on three Windows 10 computers. Finally got it to work on a fourth computer. Kodak support was, to be kind, less than helpful. Their first response was to plug it into another USB port. I tried seven with the same result. They then told me to turn the computer off and back on...seriously?? That of course did not work either. The unit works pretty well after I finally found a machine with which it worked. I would not recommend this product.
