  Got a partial refund because I couldn't activate the product in my country. Listing said "already activated, no set up needed" which is obviously flat out wrong. Seller communicated promptly but wasn't at all helpful and was completely indifferent to the misleading listing. Didn't cost a lot, but that's what feedback is for I guess, warning others... Waste of time and money.

  You couldn't active the SIM card, so I issued you with a partial refund. I explained to you that in order to use the Sim you'll need to make a top-up which is required for all pay-as-you-go, you was not able to do that. Then you informed me you can't get hold of o2 because you don't have another phone to make a call. So I then informed you that your best bet would be to Buy a Sim card from Canada which you stated you can't for what reason I don't know.
