So far so good
I tested the remote to make sure it controlled the basic functions that I need for using my VCR/CD player which it does. Beyond that, I really haven't used it that much, so can't go into great detail about it. It came already programed to the extent that I need since I'm not using it for recording as I have DVR.

Looks good, but haven't needed to use it yet.
I'm pleased so far with the extension cord. It's made by Generac, the manufacturer of my generator and seems to be of high quality. I haven't need to use it yet and that's a blessing, but expect that it will work great when next called upon. I'll try to submit an update when and if I need to use my generator and the new cord.

A Christmas Treasure!
This is one of my two all-time favorite Christmas albums/CD's (and I collect Christmas music of every sort), the other being the Christmas album by the Singers Unlimited. The common thread is the wonderful arrangements by Gene Purling who sang with the Hi-Lo's and Singers Unlimited and arranged some of the songs in this album. Johnny Mandel produced this album and the album notes state "we wanted to create something fresh, yet with the feeling of love and respect for the traditions of Christmas". This offering is exactly that. Enjoy!
