No backing-only tracks
The pieces are interesting to play, at a level between beginner and intermediate. The main issue is that there are no accompaniment-only tracks. To remove the solo you have to either set your balance control to the left channel, and hear the track through just one speaker, or use Hal Leonard's supplied software to remove the solo. Either way, it will be in mono, so not as good as it could be.
As usual with HL, the formatting is good, with only one piece needing a page photocopied to avoid a turnover.

Good backing tracks but poor page formatting
The pieces are interesting to play, at a level between beginner and intermediate. Thoughtfully, there are demo tracks on one CD, and good quality accompaniment-only tracks on another.
As usual with Guest Spot, the formatting is poorly done. The large spaces between staves means that many pieces take two or three pages when they could be printed on one, which would avoid difficult turnovers.

The pieces are interesting enough to play, albeit a bit dated. The level is between beginner and intermediate. The main issue is that there are no accompaniment-only tracks.
