Crisp and Clear, Great overall Presence
1 of 1 found this helpful My setup is 2.1 right now with Marantz A/V and an Outlaw subwoofer. We have limited space so these work really well. I am a fan of larger speakers in general, so this is about the smallest I'd go even for surrounds. Eventually these will be my surrounds, and I look forward to building my system with them creating a nice surround presence. The stereo image and overall presence is quite nice - similar to the Bose wave radio with added flexibility in placement and a wide stereo image. They draw a little more power than I expected. I would recommend pairing them with other Mirage speakers because they do have a character/tonality that is somewhat unique. I would say they compare with high end klipsch for the highs and high end polks for the mids. Beautiful design and quality materials. They have a pretty shiny exterior.
