Has technical problems
3 of 12 found this helpful First of all I'd like to say the sound quality is great, but, sometimes the headset gets stuck and I can't either turn it on or off, the main problem I've found is that the mic just won't work, I've bought 2 different sets of adapters for the Xbox one and none of them made it work, now I can't communicate with my teammates which is a great dis advantage, don't buy this product if you play games where communication is crucial.
