Part works, but is of poor quality
Bought this to replace in WM2016CW. The part does not fit exactly as connector pin 1 expects a hexagonal male plug, while OEM cable has a square male plug. Had to shave off the corners off the plug to make it fit.
The part itself works fine, but is of very poor quality. The plastic tabs are too flimsy and will break off as soon as you try to bend it, no matter how gently. You cannot avoid bending the tabs for installation because they have to latch onto the corresponding notches on the stator. I don't know how long it is going to stay in place without the plastic tabs.

Not recommended for Linux
Unfortunately as of December 2020 the driver for this device is not built into the Linux kernel. However, the device can be made to work in Linux by following the instructions on github (search for kelebek333 rtl8188fu). The performance and connection reliability is not great with this driver, however.
