Wrong Pads "AGAIN"

This is the second wrong set of rear brake pads that have been sent to me. I have said to them that the pictured pads in the ad are the ones that I need. My Indian is a 2012 Vintage. The 2009 - 2010 brake pads are different from the 2011 - 2013. Before they send me the pads, they should look at the ad to make sure that they match. It is so obvious that they are nothing like the ones that they have been sending me. "INCOMPETANCE' comes to mind.
