Short of acceptable

The headset are uncomfortable to wear and are unsightly. The earpiece falls off rather easily and the cord is rather stiff and short; it gets caught between the shirt collar and the neck causing the earpiece to fall off the ear. I'm constantly putting the earpieces back in Sound and connectivity are ok.
